As a Registered Sales Assistant, Kelly Purvis is often the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in creating a smooth, supportive experience. She oversees the day-to-day workflow of the office, assists with client service needs, resolves questions, and supports both clients and representatives with care and attention to detail. Kelly also helps maintain office compliance processes and coordinates marketing efforts, ensuring the team remains organized and clients receive clear, consistent communication.

Kelly joined First Neighbor Wealth Management in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of experience from another local bank’s investment division. She holds the Series 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations, along with life and health insurance licenses in the State of Illinois. Her background reflects a long-standing commitment to helping clients feel confident and supported throughout their financial journey.

She earned an Associate Degree in Marketing from Lake Land College and also holds a Certificate in Computer Programming from Lake Land College. This blend of education and hands-on experience allows her to approach her work with strong organization, technical skill, and adaptability.

Community service is an important part of Kelly’s life. She currently serves as Illinois State President-Elect for Epsilon Sigma Alpha (ESA), the largest nonprofit fundraising organization supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She is also a member of the Omega Nu Chapter of ESA, helping raise funds for national charities—including Easter Seals and Hope for The Heroes—as well as local organizations such as Camp New Hope, One Stop Community Christmas, Shop with a Cop, and The Haven. In addition to her volunteer efforts, Kelly has been teaching Aqua Aerobics at the local YMCA for more than 20 years.

Outside of work and volunteering, Kelly treasures time with her family—especially her grandchildren. She’s a devoted fan of high school football and enjoys all things home improvement, from gardening to tackling creative DIY projects. Kelly also loves taking Jeep trips to off-the-beaten-path destinations with her long-time boyfriend, Darrin. At home, she’s always warmly welcomed by her fur baby, Bella.
